Speaker：Dr. Zhengwei Yang

    Dr. Zhengwei Yang is IT Specialist in US National Agricultural Statistics Service. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and is the recipient of the 2011 USDA Secretary’s Honor Award for Excellence. Dr. Yang's research interests include remote sensing methods and GIS technology and their application in agriculture.  His work spans conceptual, theoretical and application research as well as system development.
