The sampling process in the software is divided into three stages, first stage is to calculate a sample size or valuation accuracy. The second stage is to set up sample site and obtain sample value. The third stage is to report the results of statistical inference. In general sampling model, the method of calculation of sample size, sample site settings and estimation of the results through sample size uses the same sampling model. We add a new model - "sandwich" sampling model on major sampling methods used today. A major feature of this software is that the model has a high sampling efficiency, add reporting units to spatial stratified sample. Reporting units is the final report which users want to use, for example, the county boundary, the Provincial boundary, basin, the grid and so on.
